Victory takes Senior Male Championship and sells at Society Spring Show and Sale
Pulham Victory was back in familiar surroundings after winning Male champion at the Shrewsbury calf show in December. Back in the same ring he won his class and was then crowned senior male champion. Victory sold for just under 7k — a male record for us.
Diadem breaks records!
Pulham Diadem 6th sold at the Designer Genes Sale for 13000gns, breaking the record for a UK Hereford female. Victory is victorious!
Pulham Victory was awarded the Male Championship by judge Jim Barber at the Shrewsbury Calf Show. Victory is an Shiloh-Farm Elite son out of Pulham Blossom 16th.
Shrewsbury Young Handler Champion
Beth had a fantastic day at the Shrewsbury Calf Show, winning the Young Handler Championship and showing Beckhall Princess Bella in her class, where she came a very respectable second.
New polled female introduced
We were excited to purchase in-calf cow Weybrook 1 Clover 2nd from the Weybrook reduction sale. She is tremendous looking cow and we are looking forward to seeing what she can produce.
National Herd Runner-Up
It was a amazing honour to be the runners-up in the National Hereford Herd Competition judged by prominent and respected Longhorn breeder, Pat Stanley. Congratulations to the Thorne family for taking the top spot.
Top spot in MEAHBA Herd Compeition
This year’s Midlands and East Anglia Herd Competition was judged by respected cattleman Richard McInnes. We won the JG Hollands Trophy for the best herd (photograph above with Breed President, Mark Roberts) along with prizes for Solpoll 1 Sympa (best junior bull), Pulham Vulcan (best bull calf) and Pulham Diadem 6th (best heifer calf).
