It was a pleasure to receive our Hereford Cattle Society award for winning the Midlands and East Anglia Area Herd Competition, from National Herd Competition judge Danny Whyllie. Whilst we weren’t placed in the National competition it was a honour to represent Midlands and East Anglia and show highly regarded cattleman Danny Whyllie round our herd. The dinner was a very enjoyable occasion, socialising with fellow breeders and eating some delicious Hereford beef!
